The Friendly Toast is testing out new items: See what will be on the menu

Fancy a Pepperoni Pizza Bagel Benny? Or perhaps a Strawberry Milkshake Dirty Soda is more your speed.

These are among the new menu items that The Friendly Toast will introduce when the popular all-day brunch chain launches its Test Kitchen menu.

The menu will be available at all 14 locations throughout New England starting Monday.

Diners can expect a weekly rotating menu item and specialty dirty soda inspired by a seasonal theme. The dirty soda is a drink made by combining soda with flavored syrups and whipped cream, which is popular in Utah. The beverage can be served as either a mocktail or a cocktail.

“Our menu has always centered around surprising and delighting our guests with inventive and one-of-a-kind dishes they can’t find anywhere else,” Chief Executive Officer Staci Pinard said in a press release. “The Test Kitchen creates an avenue for our team to experiment, explore new flavors and introduce fresh ideas while staying true to the creativity and quality our guests expect.”
